“Game of Thrones” Season 7 is so close; you can feel fire and ice converging in the atmosphere. It has been a little over a year since “Game of Thrones” ended its sixth season, and the wait for its seventh is almost over. If you are feeling a strange chill in the middle of summer, it probably has to do with the highly anticipated return of the HBO smash.
When we left Westeros, Cersei Lannister had taken command of the Iron Throne. Jon Snow had been declared the new King in the North. While Daenerys Targaryen set sail with her team and new hand, Tyrion Lannister, to take back the Iron Throne and rule the Seven Kingdoms.
Suffice it to say, there will be a lot going on when “Game of Thrones” returns, which means there has been a lot to write about, pending its premiere. Here is what I have been writing about “Game of Thrones” Season 7 on the Inquisitr. The links to read are in blue.
Writing about Jon Snow and Daenerys
They are long-lost blood relatives but that has not stopped some fans from speculating that Jon “secret Targaryen” Snow will embark on a romance with his aunt Daenerys Targaryen at some on “Game of Thrones.” However, speculation, theory, and fact are very different things.

So will Jon Snow and Daenerys actually get romantic in Season 7? This article counters some of the popular speculation with alternative theories that use Season 6 as a template to decipher the romantic trajectory of Jon and Daenerys’ love lives.
Writing about “Game of Thrones” Season 7 spoilers (sort of)
Did you know that a certain Jon Snow “spoiler” has been debunked? Yes, you read that correctly. As it turns out, a highly reported “spoiler” regarding Jon Snow and his heritage has been proven false. Find out what it is on the Inquisitr, here.
The first trailer for Season 7 was filled with hidden spoilers that were easy to miss. Four of the spoilers you might have missed from the first trailer have been summarized by yours truly on the Inquisitr. Before that, 4 key moments from the trailer were broken down, along with an analysis of some new Season 7 pictures that have been released.
Why was “4” such a prevalent number? It was not by design. That just happened to be the number of things noticed for each feature. In fact, the coincidence was only noticed while prepping this article. Behold the mysteries of writing about “Game of Thrones.”
Writing about a major Season 7 showdown
Among the moments you might have missed in the first trailer for Season 7 is a brief glimpse of Jon Snow throwing Littlefinger up against a wall. That’s right folks. We are finally getting the Jon Snow versus Littlefinger showdown we have been waiting for.

So what leads to this explosive (and long awaited) confrontation between the two? Are Jon Snow and Littlefinger fighting over the past, present or the future?
There are many theories that could hold the answer. Those explored involve Lyanna Stark, Sansa, and Season 1. Yes, Season 1. Sansa’s connection to the situation is rather obvious. However Lyanna Stark’s is a little trickier, yet no less feasible and it all surrounds one question. Does Littlefinger know about Jon Snow? Read all about these theories on the Inquisitr.
We will all learn more about them very soon. “Game of Thrones” Season 7 premieres July 16 on HBO. If you are interested in reading more of my features on the Inquisitr, click here to browse my author profile. Links to every article mentioned above is available below. As always, thanks for reading.
